Making Phone Calls from Street
If you have the Twilio Telephony integration set up, you can make calls out from Street directly, optionally having the call recorded and transcribed if you have these settings enabled in your company settings.
Note - Phone calls using Twilio cost 5p + VAT per minute to mobile or 2.5p + VAT per minute to a landline number. There’s an additional 3.5p + VAT per minute for call recording and transcription which can be toggled on in Settings.
To make a phone call, head to the person page of the person you want to call. The call must be placed from the person page directly, not the property or applicant etc by click on their phone number.
A new page will open which you can use to call from by clicking the 'start phone call' button.
When the call ends, it will be logged in the activity stream along with the call recording and transcription, if you have these enabled.
