Your Quick Start Guide to the Partner Platform

This article is your 5 step guide to getting started using the Partner Platform, your central hub for mortgage brokers that you work with (i.e. Partners) to interact with and manage Street-related clients and facilitate referrals.

There are a variety of resources available to help you and your mortgage brokers understand how the Partner Platform works here Learn More

Step 1 - Invite your first Partner

As a company admin, head to Company Settings > Partner Platform > enter your broker's details to send the broker a set up email. You can invite more brokers later.

If you want to understand the best way to frame this to your broker you can share the Broker Guide or contact your Customer Success Manager.

Step 2 - Set up your Commissions Settings

After inviting your first broker, choose when and how much commission you pay your staff for referrals.

Step 3 - Your Partner sets up their Account

Your broker follows the steps in the email to set up their Partner Platform account and once their account is set up you'll receive an email confirming you can now send referrals.

Step 4 - Send Referrals

From various pages in Street including person, applicant, viewing and sales offer pages click the Create Referral button to select which broker to refer the client to and book an appointment directly into that broker's calendar. For a more detailed breakdown on referring clients, see our Creating a Referral help article.

Step 5 - Track Referral Earnings

As your team sends more referrals, you can track those referrals from your Referrals Reporting page

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
