Reasonable Adjustment
The Reasonable Adjustments feature helps agents clearly identify and support people who require additional consideration or adjustments when communicating or managing their property journey.
When a person is marked as requiring reasonable adjustments, this information is made highly visible across the system so all agents are aware and can act appropriately.
There are no set criteria for marking a personal as needing reasonable adjustments however this feature would typically be used if the person has disclosed that they require reasonable adjustments, needs additional support or consideration during communication or appointments.
Marking a Person as Requiring Reasonable Adjustments
You can mark a person as requiring reasonable adjustments either when creating their person page or from an existing person page by clicking the 'edit person' button at the top right.
Once saved, you will see a Reasonable Adjustment pill alongside the person’s name.
This pill will continue to show in any area where this person's details are shown including the calendar when booking an appointment, the enquiry centre, property / tenancy / maintenance pages etc.
Reasonable Adjustment Report
From the Reporting section you will see a Person report at the bottom of the page, which can be used to manage people who require reasonable adjustments.
You will see a table of all people as requiring reasonable adjustments which can be exported if needed.
Note - To access the export feature you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
