Street offers an easy and efficient way to add new homes developments by creating styles and then creating properties from those styles.

To get started, head to the Properties table from the left side panel and click on Developments on the right.

Here you'll find a table of any existing developments you've created which you can click on to begin setting up the details.

The first step in organising your new homes development is to create the required property styles. With your development selected, click 'add' at the top right and then 'add property style'.

Firstly, enter the name of the property style. In most new house developments this will be names like The Oak, The Maple etc.

Next you can set up the details for that style. This works the same was as creating a property and will include information like photos, rooms, key features, descriptions, and other property details.

After creating property styles, it's time to add the properties themselves. From the development page, click 'add' at the top right again and select 'properties'.

You will still have the option of manually adding properties however you will now be able to select 'use a property style' to select from your development styles and select how many units you need.

Finally, give each unit/property a plot number and an address, if known. Alternatively, you can leave the address blank and it will use the address you added on the development. When ready, click the 'add' button and the selected number of units will be created as properties in your account.

You can quickly view and access these properties from the properties tab on the development.

From here the process works the same as normal, where you can further customise individual properties, create valuations or direct instructions and publish to the portals.

From the development page, the 'Images' tab allows you to upload specific images for the development, that are not property photos.

You can find a list of all the property styles under the 'Property Styles' tab. Click any style to edit its details.
