Uncontactable Owners Report
Within the reporting section of your Street account is the Uncontactable Owners report, which gives you a breakdown of any owners who do not have an email address attached to their person record.
This report is extremely useful to ensure all of your owners are contactable and update any missing an email address.
To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Properties section > Uncontactable Owners.
You can export this report using the Export to CSV button at the top right.
Note - To access the export to CSV button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.

From the report you can click into an owner to access their person page and add their email by clicking 'edit person' at the top right.
Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
