To get started head to Reporting (left side panel, at the bottom) and click into Enquiries Overview. This report allows you to breakdown any enquiries you've received into your Enquiry Centre.

Here you can filter by branch, assignee, type and date. Below this you will see a breakdown of the data, highlighting the total number of enquiries, average closing time, and conversion to applicants, viewings and offers.

Finally you will see a table showing the data for a visual reference.
