Vacant Property Report
The Vacant Property Report gives you a single place to see every empty property you hold and exactly how long it's been sitting vacant.
To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Lettings section > Vacant Property Report.
Vacant Property Table
This report shows one row per property with an active listing or management service level and no tenant in occupation. Each row includes a Days Vacant column, calculated from the most recent tenancy's end date to today, so you can quickly see how long a property has been sitting empty, along with a vacancy reason.
Note - Properties that have never had a tenancy are also included in this report and will show a 'Never let' vacancy reason, so nothing empty stays hidden.
Properties marked as Let Agreed, or with a future move-in date already booked, will still show in this report as vacant. Their current status is shown clearly in the table so you can tell these apart from properties with no activity.
Filtering the Report
You can filter by void length using the 7+, 14+, 30+, 60+ and 90+ days filters, to help you focus on your longest-standing vacancies first. You can also filter by vacancy reason, branch, property assignee and service level.
Exporting the Report
You can export this report using the Export to CSV button at the top right. This will export every visible column for the filtered and sorted rows currently shown on screen, making it easy to share a clean list with landlords or branch managers.
Note - To access the export to CSV button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
