Valuation Statuses in Street

Street will automatically create a default valuation pipeline for you which can be seen in the Valuations table, however you can choose to add additional categories to customise how you categorise your valuation follow ups. Doing this will allow you to further customise Street to suit your business’s requirements.

To get started, head to Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Company Settings > Valuation Statuses.

Note - Note - You will need to be a Branch or Company Admin to access the valuation statuses settings.

By default, Street uses the following categories: Upcoming, awaiting research, awaiting report, awaiting response, won, lost, unattended. However, you can add your own statuses here, dependent on how you prefer to track your valuation follow ups.

Enter the name of your custom status and click the 'add status' button to add it to your valuation statuses.

You will also see any existing custom valuation statuses here that can be deleted, if no longer in use, by clicking the bin icon on the right hand side.

Note - Deleting a custom status that has valuations assigned to it will move those valuations back to their original status, such as awaiting response or lost etc.

With your custom statuses set up you can view them from your valuations table from the custom statuses tab.

To move a valuation into a custom status, ensure you are on the valuation table and click the three dot menu on the right of a valuation. You can then choose which status to assign that valuation to.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
