To change a sales instruction to a lettings instruction you will first need to do a lettings valuation on the property. You can find this on the property page → Create (Top right of the property page) → Valuation.
You may not want automated notifications to be sent to the vendor at this point, if not check out this article here to see how to turn them off for individual properties
Once you have added the valuation information you have the option to send the valuation to the owner.
The valuation will still be in the owners Street account but you have the option to send an email prompting them to log in and view it, you can do this by selecting "Send Valuation to owner".
Once this is done, the owner can then instruct you in their Street account or you can accept the instruction from the valuation page. To do this it will be on the tile labeled "Valuation" on the right of the activity stream, then actions, accept instruction.
You will then have the option to Make Available To Let on the property page. If you want this property to be solely Lettings then you will need to withdraw the Sales listing first, you can do this by going to Edit (Top right of the property page) > Withdraw.
When you are happy with the listing you can then 'Make Available To Let'!
