Booking an Appointment in the Past
The option to book appointments in the past is available to all users and does not require the set up of any additional settings.
When creating an appointment, like a viewing or a valuation, you can simply select a date in the past on the calendar booking page before selecting the agent and time from the calendar page as normal.
Automated notifications will still be sent for appointments that are booked in the past. If you would prefer notifications not to be sent while you create a past appointment, you can turn temporarily disable your notifications by clicking your profile icon at the top right and toggling on 'Disable Customer Notifications'.
