It is possible to give agents the ability to book appointments in the past, for example if a valuation took place yesterday but wasn't booked into the system.

To book appointments in the past, you must have the feature enabled for your branch. See our Appointment Settings help article for more information.

Note - To enable this setting you must be a branch admin or company admin.

When you have the feature enabled, when creating an appointment (like a viewing or a valuation), you can go to the Calendar View and will see the dates in the past can now be selected, allowing you to choose the agent and time manually:

Note - Automated notifications will still be sent for appointments that are booked in the past. If you would prefer notifications not to be sent while you create a past appointment, you can turn the notifications off temporarily by following this Help Article.
