The option to book appointments in the past is available to all users and does not require the set up of any additional settings.

When creating an appointment, like a viewing or a valuation, you can simply select a date in the past on the calendar booking page before selecting the agent and time from the calendar page as normal.

When booking a valuation in the past, automated notifications will not be sent. So the owner won't receive the 'valuation booked' email.

When booking a viewing in the past, automated notifications will be sent. If you would prefer notifications not to be sent while you create a past viewing, you can turn temporarily disable your notifications by clicking your profile icon at the top right and toggling on 'Disable Customer Notifications'.
