Property Keys can be added to any property, allowing you to keep track of their location.
From the property page, you can hover over the keys icon next to the property address to see the key details including how many keys the property has and how many are checked out as well as the access details and key code.
Clicking on the key icon will take you to the main property keys page however you can also access this via Info > Keys.
Adding a Set of Keys
To add the first set of keys, use the 'add keys' section on the right hand side of the property keys page and enter the Key Number / Code and upload an image of the keys if you wish.
Adding Additional Sets of Keys
If a property has an existing set of keys, you can click the 'add another set of keys' button at the top right of the property keys page to add another set.
Removing a Set of Keys
To remove / delete a set of keys, click the 'remove' button on the set of keys on the property keys page that you wish to delete.
Check Out / Check In Keys
Once a property has a set of keys saved, you can easily check them In / Out via the Street Agent App during a viewing.
However you can also check them out from Street from the property keys page by entering who is checking them out, the reason and an expected return date.
Once the keys are checked out, the property keys page will update to show the check out details. From here you can check the keys in by entering the return date and clicking the 'check in' button.
Access Details
Access details for the property can also be added / edited from the property keys page, that will show on the Street Agent app during a viewing such as the code to access a keylock.
Key History
On the property keys page, you will see a key history, showing a history of any times the keys were checked out or in, giving you a clear audit trail of when keys are taken and where keys are at all times.
Property Keys Table
You can access a full list of property keys stored within your system by clicking Property Keys on the left side panel.
This list can be filtered by Branch and Key Status (Checked In / Out / Overdue). Filtering by Overdue will show any keys that are checked out and the expected return date is in the past.
Note - When saving Keys into the system, we would recommend using a uniform process for the Numbers / Codes, ie LET 0007, LET 0025, LET 0100, LET 0562 etc so that the sort option functions correctly and shows them in order.
