This article explains how to deactivate a user within Street, ie a colleague who is leaving the business. Deactivating a user will not remove them from current entities, such as properties, valuations or viewings so they will have to be manually reassigned, but it will remove their access to the system and from being booked on any further appointments.
On the left side panel, head to Settings > User Administration > Account Management.
From the User Management page, select the user you wish to deactivate, using the Search section to locate them if needed.
On the user's page, scroll down to the bottom and click the red Deactivate User button.
Should you need to reactivate a user, follow the same steps as above and you will instead see the green 'Reactivate User button'
Only Branch or Company Admins will have access to User Management and the ability to deactivate / reactivate users.
Company Admins can deactivate / reactivate any user.
Branch Admins can deactivate / reactivate Branch Admins and Agents.
