Bulk Reassign Entities
You can bulk reassign the following entities in Street: Properties, Sales Applicants, Lettings Applicants, Sales, Maintenance Jobs, Tasks.
This is particularly useful when a staff member leaves and you want to transfer all properties assigned to that user to a different user.
How to bulk reassign
To bulk reassign users, head to Settings at the bottom of the left side panel > Account Administration > User Management.
Note - You must be a branch or company admin to access the User Management section.
First, click the three dots on the right hand side of the user you want to reassign from and click 'bulk reassign'.
If you cannot see a user, it may be that they have been deactivated. In this case, click the show deactivated toggle to view these users as well. You can still bulk reassign from deactivated users.
Next, choose a new assignee for each entity.
You must select a new assignee for every entity to proceed. If you don't want to assign an entity to a new user, choose the 'unassign' option.
Note - It is not possible to bulk reassign one entity, such as Properties, from one user to multiple different users.
Click continue to review the changes and when ready tick the 'I've checked and confirm reassignment' toggle to confirm and finally click 'reassign records' and you're finished! The system will begin reassigning for you.
