There are lots of handy tips and tricks that can help enhance your Street user experience.
Notifying a teammate in Street
From any notes screen, you can notify a teammate by typing @name and any message, this will remain in the activity stream and also flash up under their notifications. It saves you needing to send them a separate message about it or from forgetting to tell them about something.
Copying users into emails
When copying Street users into email you will need to start typing their name and then tab to add them in.

If you do NOT press tab the email will NOT copy in the user
Bulk Emails
Bulk emails can be sent via the Broadcasts feature, for more information see this help article.

However you can also bulk email from the Enquiry Centre. A brilliant use case for this is if you have a property that has now gone, but you still have lots of enquiries for it. You can respond to them all within a few seconds (especially if you use a Correspondence Template), without needing to handle each one individually.
When you initially see this section it will look like the photo below. If you tick the square on the left-hand side it will open up other options for you.
Once ticked, you will get several other options such as Filter and Bulk Assign. If you click the envelope it will give you the option to Bulk Email.
A text box will pop up for you to type the email (or choose a Template in the right-hand side drop-down) and any enquiries checked will receive this.
An information message will show that you are about to send this email to multiple people.
Once sent, this email will appear as usual in the applicant's activity stream.
Changing where Match emails come from in the system
This can be changed under your Settings>Company Settings>Notification Preferences>Settings
This will open up a page called Company Notification Preferences, within this is a drop-down box 'Send Property Match Emails From' to choose where in the System you want these emails to come from either:
The Active Agent
The Active Agents Branch
The Applicants Branch
Save when you have chosen
Changing the Colour of the Email Button
This can be changed under your Settings>Company Settings>Notification Preferences>Settings
From here you can choose any colour combination to match your Company's Branding.
Adding a Task
This can be added directly from the Task Management Section of the Platform Dashboard>Organise>Tasks
On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find a Tile with My Tasks on, press Add Task to create a new task
A new section will open with several options for you to complete
The title and description of the task
Defer to and Due dates
Related to
Assigned to- you can assign a task to yourself, a teammate or to everyone in the branch
The task will then show up under the 'My Tasks' section
Forcing a Property to Re-Publish
From the Property, choose Edit> Edit Property
On the right-hand side of the page, you can choose Property Onboarding Progress> Descriptions
If you make any changes to the description and press save it will force the property to re-publish. If you do not have any changes to make to the description but still want to re-publish the property you could add in a full stop and save, then go back in and delete the full stop and save again.
