Adding a Safety Certificate for a property is now easier than ever! You can now create a certificate without uploading a file, add files later and replace existing ones. Plus, the certificate name and expiry date are displayed clearly on the documents page for easy access.

Head to the property page and scroll down to the Safety Certificate card on the right hand side and click view all certificates:

Click 'add certificate' and add a certificate without a file.

Click into an existing certificate via the three dots > edit:

Browse for a new file to replace the existing one:

New safety certificates added will now show the type of certificate and the valid from date:

Street.co.uk now offers the ability to manage Commercial Lettings.

Commercial Lettings is pre-built into Street and doesn't need to be switched on for your network.

The only setting that can be setup here is custom checklists (via Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Branch Settings section > Custom Checklists). Here you can create a checklist specific to Commercial Lettings Offers:

To progress with a commercial lettings offer, the property must be a commercial type from the Edit Property page:

Now, after creating a lettings offer you can add your commercial checklist:

Marking the offer as accepted will no longer take you to the residential lettings application progression page so you can manage the commercial application.

You can now match properties for applicants across all branches when using Perfect Match. This update gives you access to all properties across your network, helping you make more successful matches and grow your sales.

This setting can be toggle on per branch by heading to Settings > Branch Settings > Property Matching > 'PerfectMatch - include properties from other branches':

When toggled on, performing a PerfectMatch from the applicant page will allow matches for applicants in that branch to receive properties from other branches.
