Window Cards
Window Cards are located in the Collateral Templates section and host a variety of different templates and design options. Due to the level of complexity an agent requires, some of them are easier to utilise than others. This article will walk you through how to create some more advanced window card templates.
Note - You will need to be a Branch or Company Admin and have a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage brochure templates' to access the collateral template settings.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
Getting started
To start head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Branch Settings > Collateral Templates. This section stores both brochures and window cards. For help creating brochure templates, see our Brochure Templates help article.
From the collateral templates page click 'New Template' and give it a name. The name you assign here is what will show on the drop-down selection when choosing which window card template to use for a certain property, so use something that will make the choice of design easily identifiable.
From the 'collateral template' drop down, select 'window card' and set the orientation (landscape or portrait) and the size (A4 or A3).
Note - If you are a multi branch network, each branch will need to setup their own window card templates. If you want to create a new template for one branch from an existing template in another branch, when clicking 'New Template' use the 'Copy From Existing Collateral' drop-down to select which template to copy from.
Designing your template
Template Settings
At the top left of the page, click 'template settings' and you can edit the name of the template as well as adjust both the font and font colour for the entire template.
Layout
When the creator opens up you will be able to choose from 10 different layouts on the left hand side. All of these layouts are fixed, so you cannot adjust where the images / text are, but you should be able to find one that suits your agency.
Once you have selected one of the layouts, you can collapse that menu by clicking the small arrow icon opposite 'Layout' and move on to the next section, background.
Background
There will be some set colours to choose from, or you can select from the colour picker or enter a hex code if you have one. This will add a block colour to the background.
Some agencies prefer to have different colours included in their background, like the black, grey and white split design in the example below. This would need to be done by adding a background image into your account, rather than choosing the background colours from within Street itself. Software such as Canva makes it really simple to achieve this.
Once you have your background image file ready, click the 'Add background image' toggle and then click 'upload a background'.
Upload the background image from your computer and it will appear in the backgrounds section. Click the image to see how it looks in your window card.
If after adding a background you need to adjust the font colour, head back to 'template settings' in the top left.
Tip! A standard colour split background is just one example, you are free to be as creative as you like with your window card templates!
Foreground
The foreground section works in a similar way to the background section, where you can upload an image and overlay it on the top of the brochure page.
Stickers
Stickers are similar to foreground images, allowing you to add an overlaying image, however these are often used for smaller images that are freely movable on top of the template.
This section is typically used for logos and QR codes, SSTC or let Agreed slips etc. but you can add whatever stickers you want here by clicking the 'upload image' button.
Note - Sticker images must be in the file format PNG or JPEG
Once you've uploaded an image, select it from your list of stickers and it will appear on your window card. This sticker can then be moved around, re-sized and deleted if needed.
QR Code Stickers
By default, your stickers section will have QR codes for 'public property page', which directs to the property's public page on Street, and 'book viewing page', which directs to the Street online booking page, if you have online bookings enabled.
When added to the template, they will appear as generic QR codes however when you generate a QR code from a property page, it will automatically generate a unique QR code for that property.
Saving your window card template
Once saved, your staff can then use this window card template on any properties in the branch the template was created for. For help on creating a window card from a property, see our Generating a Window Card help article.
Editing / Deleting a window card template
If you ever need to edit an existing window card template, head back to the Collateral Templates page. You'll see a list of your collateral templates and can click the three dots on the template to manage. From here you can edit or delete the window card as needed.
