Once the quote has been approved / instructed, the maintenance job page will show the 'mark as complete' button, along with the expected completion date if this was entered, ready for when you've had confirmation the work has been completed. Clicking this will

Tip! You can edit the expected completion date using the three dot menu on the right hand side.

When marking as complete you will be given the option to set the actual date the work was completed, upload any supporting images or videos and add any completion notes.

Note - Both the supporting evidence and notes are internal only and will not be shared with the contractor, landlord or tenant.

Marking the job as complete will send emails to the landlord/s and the tenant/s confirming the job is complete.

Completing a maintenance job will send an email to the landlord/s and the tenant/s confirming the work has been completed. This notification is called 'maintenance job completed' which can be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.

Once the job has been marked as complete, the next step is to add an invoice.
