Marking the job as complete
Once the quote has been approved / instructed, the maintenance job page will then show the 'mark as complete' button which can be clicked to complete the job. This should only be done when you've had confirmation that the works have been completed:
When marking as complete you will be given the option to set the date the work was completed, upload any supporting images or videos and add any completion notes:
Marking the job as complete will send emails to the landlord/s and the tenant/s confirming the job is complete.
Note - Completing a maintenance job will send an email to the landlord/s and the tenant/s confirming the work has been completed. This notification is called 'maintenance job completed' which can be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.

Once the job has been marked as complete, the next step is to add an invoice.
