Street Insights - Lead Capture
Street Insights is a great way to create new leads for your business. You can even set up the Street Insights integration with your Street Account so that you can see and manage the leads you generate from your Street Enquiry Centre.
There are a two different ways you can use Street Insights to capture leads for your business.
Lead Capture Homepage
The first is the Lead Capture homepage which serves as a landing page that you can share with your customers, inviting them to generate an Insights report on a property of their choice (either their own or one they are curious about), in exchange for providing their contact details.
As a Street customer you get Street Insights Pro for free. This means you have the ability to totally white-label this landing page so it is aligned with your brand.
Set the link up to operate as an ‘Instant Valuation tool’ on your website or on social media.
You can share the link via a downloadable Insights QR code to add to your marketing material or can be used directly on your Spectre 2020s via the Spectre Integration.
Within the reports, you have the option to include a ‘Valuation booking’ form that customers can fill out to express their interest and outline their availability for a face-to-face valuation, further solidifying the lead.
You can access your Lead Capture Homepage details via Branch Settings > Lead Capture Homepage:
Lead Capture Report
The second is the Lead Capture Report which you can create on a singular property and share that report, through a link, to your customers. In exchange for viewing the property report, customers will be required to input their contact details.
Creating a lead capture report
Once you have setup your report, click 'edit and share report'.
In the 'report type' section choose the 'lead capture' report type:
In the 'preview and send' section, set the details that you would like to capture from your audience:
You will then see a report URL that you can share via a link on your marketing, on a listing or even on your ‘Just Instructed’ campaigns in Spectre.
Viewing your leads
Leads are stored in the Leads tab, found at the top of the Street Insights platform:
Your leads will show in a table and you can 'export to CSV' by clicking the button at the top right:
Leads can also be emailed to anyone in your business. Head to Branch Settings > Branch Members > Lead Capture Notifications. Here you can toggle on the 'notify of all lead captures' and then add email addresses that should be notified. Make sure you click the 'add' button after entering an email address and then click save.
Top Tip - Many agents will put QR codes linking to Street Insights Reports on their window cards and boards displayed outside the properties they are advertising. That way customers can be 'self-serve' in scanning to learn more about a property they are interested in and the agent knows they've done it so can follow up with them afterwards.
Seeing the leads you have captured within your Street Account
You can automatically feed your Insight leads directly into your Street Enquiry Centre so that no opportunity to generate business is missed.
