Dashboard Overview

The Street Dashboard gives you a great insight into business activity, within seconds of logging into your Street account.

When you login to Street, the Dashboard will be the first page you see. You can also navigate back to this page at any time by clicking Dashboard on the left side panel, at the top.

In the Dashboard page, you can setup multiple different dashboards which are fully customisable with an array of widgets to choose from that can be sized and arranged to your liking.

When setup correctly, this dashboard can give you an overview of the key information and activities within your agency.

Dashboards

Individuals within the company can have different dashboards, so you don't all need to share the same one, and you can choose to view information as a company, branch or individual metric.

You can create as many individual dashboards as you like and choose who can access which dashboard. For example, you may create a company dashboard that can be viewed by everyone and shows how your agency is performing over the quarter while also creating a personal dashboard that highlights your tasks, unread mentions and specific metrics for your role.

Creating a new dashboard

To create a new dashboard, click the 'dashboard' dropdown at the top right of the page and click the 'create new' button where you will need to give the dashboard a name and select the visibility level. The visibility level controls who can access this dashboard and can be setup for you only, your branch or everyone in your network.

Editing / deleting a dashboard

To edit or delete an existing dashboard, first select the dashboard you need to change and click the 'cog' button at the top right of the page. Here, you can edit the name and visibility or delete the dashboard.

Note - Deleting a dashboard cannot be undone / reversed so please check you are deleting the correct dashboard before proceeding.

Viewing a different dashboard

To view a different dashboard, click the 'dashboard' dropdown at the top right of the page and select the dashboard you want to view.

Widgets

Adding a new widget

Click the 'add widget' button at the at the top right of the page to setup the details of your new widget and add to your dashboard.

On the 'add widget' popup, you can choose the type of widget such as a number or a graph; set what metric will be used such as viewings booked or valuations instructed; choose who the widget relates to such as the whole company, a branch or specific user; and set the period for the widget such as last week or this month.

Setting goals is a great way of feeding relevant information into your dashboard. If you have a corresponding goal setup, the goal's progress will track on that widget. If you have multiple goals that could relate to that widget, you will see a drop down to select which goal to use. For more information on goals, see this help article.

You can additionally create widget from directly from an existing goal by clicking the goals tab > add widget:

Once finished, click 'add widget' to save the widget to your dashboard:

Editing / deleting widgets

Hovering over an existing widget will show three dots at the top right which gives access to the settings for that widget. Clicking the three dots gives options for updating the goal (if a corresponding goal has been setup in your Goals section), viewing or refreshing the widget data and editing, duplicating or deleting/removing the widget.

View Data

The 'view data' option will show a popup with the data that is populating that widget. This data can also be exported via the 'export data' button at the top right.

Arranging your dashboard

When you have added your widgets, you can rearrange the layout to your liking.

Individual widgets can be resized by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the widget to any size.

Note - It is not possible to edit the shape of a widget other than being square or rectangular.

Widgets can also be moved in a ‘drag and drop’ style, by clicking and dragging the widget to the desired position. These features give you full control over the look and feel of your dashboards.

Below is an example of what your dashboard could look like, showing key data on valuations and sales, as well as leaderboards for some healthy competition!
