Goals in Street allow you to setup specific tracking metrics for various key activities in your agency such as viewings, valuations, offers and completions and more. They are a great way of gaining visibility of business activity at an individual, branch and company level.

Goals also directly relate to the Dashboard. When a goal is created, it can link to a widget on the dashboard for ease of tracking. For more information, see our Dashboard help article.

To get started, head to Goals on the left side panel, in the Admin section at bottom. Here, you will see a table of any existing goals as well as the option to create new goals.

Click the 'create new goal' button at the top right of the Goals page. Here, you will be able to setup the details of the goal, including the name, metric (eg valuations booked, viewings completed), who the goal applies to, set a time period and the numerical target for the time period and finally who the goal is visible to.

Additionally, when creating a goal you can set it up for future time periods. For example, if you're setting a monthly goal, you can check additional months and set their targets - making the process of adding future goals extremely quick and easy even if your targets fluctuate due to seasonality or market activity.

When you're finished, click 'save' and your goal will be added and you can track it's progression on the Goals table.

Additionally, if you've setup a widget on a dashboard for this goal - the goal tracking will display there as well. For more information on creating widgets on the dashboard, see here.

Click on the three dots on the right hand side of an existing goal and you'll see the option to edit or delete the goal.

When editing a goal, you can change the name, target number and visibility however the metric, who the goal is for and the time period cannot be changed. You would need to delete the goal and create a new goal if you needed to change these details.

Clicking the three dots also gives you the option to view the data for that goal which will show a popup with the data that is populating the widget. This data can also be exported via the 'export data' button at the top right.
