Additional viewing feedback
Once a viewing has been completed and initial feedback has been added and submitted, it is possible to add additional feedback on top of this, in the same viewing. This allows you to share extra information with the owner if the applicant responds with more details.
Additionally, if you choose to make the additional feedback visible in the owner's Street account, it will show in the same viewing so the owner has full visibility of all feedback relating to that viewing.
Note - It is not possible to delete or amend feedback once submitted, so you cannot change the initial feedback after it has been submitted.
Adding additional viewing feedback
Additional viewing feedback can only be submitted via the individual viewing page. It cannot be submitted via the main viewings table.
Head to the individual viewing page and you will see the initial feedback submitted on the right hand side. Below this you will see an 'add additional feedback' button which when clicked will start a new workflow for submitting more feedback.
The process is the same as usual, you can add any additional details and add their thoughts about the price again.
Note - It is not possible for an applicant to submit additional feedback via their Street account. This can only be done by a user in your Street network.
Submitting additional feedback
Once saved, the status of the second feedback will display as pending and you can click the 'edit and submit feedback' button to choose whether to email to the owner and show in their Street account.

This additional feedback loop can be done indefinitely, so you can add as many additional feedback details as you wish.
Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
