Profile (My Profile)

From your profile settings page you can add relevant details about you including your job title, biography, contact details and profile image.

It's worth noting that individual users can complete their own profile details while branch and company admin users can set up other users' profile details. For more information, see our User Management help article.

To edit your individual profile details, head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > My Settings > Profile.

About You

Within the 'About You' section you can set up your basic profile information. We encourage all team members to complete this as part of their onboarding to ensure profiles are up to date and correct, including their full name, job title, biography and profile photo.

Additionally, this is particularly important for those attending valuation appointments as the biography and profile image will show on the valuation report that the owner receives.

Adding a profile image will also replace the default profile icon at the top right of your Street account with your new profile image.

Contact Details

In the contact details section you can add your direct and mobile phone numbers, as well as your email address (to be used for outgoing emails) and an alternate email address (that can be used as an alternate 'from' address when sending emails).

Changing your password

If you need to change your Street password, head to My Settings > Change Password.

Branch and company admin users can also change other users' passwords via the user management settings. For more information, see our User Management help article.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
