Brands
Brands are used to to form an identity for your agency, and in Street you can add your brand to be present in different areas to add to communication and marketing documentation you create to keep this presence apparent.
You can create multiple brands within Street, and choose where certain brands populate. For instance, you may have a 'standard' brand, and a 'premium' brand you wish to use, or switch between.
When creating a sales or lettings listing, you can select which brand should apply to the property in question.
To get started head to Settings > Company Settings > Brands.
Note - To access the brand settings you will need to be a company admin and have a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage brands' enabled.

Adding a brand
Clicking the 'add brand' button at the top right allows you to set up a new brand.
From here, you can name your brand, set brand colours, and add a brand logo to multiple different areas of Street.
If you're adding a logo to Emails - you will get a warning to let you know the scale in which the logo needs to be uploaded in to be optimised for email use.
Once the brand has been added, it will display alongside your other brands on the Brands homepage.
Editing a brand
Any existing brands can be edited by clicking the brand name.
Deleting a brand
Brands can be deleted using the bin icon at the top right of the brand. This will remove it from your account and prevent it from being used at all.
Note - It is not possible to delete an existing brand that is in use somewhere in the system. Instead, you should use the Archive feature.
Archiving a brand
Archiving a brand is useful if you need to hide it from being Selected within Street but cannot delete as it's still in use in various areas.
To archive a brand, click into the brand to edit it and toggle the 'archive brand' button. It will remain in the brand's section (and will continue to be used on any valuations and listings that it is currently linked to) but will show as 'archived' in the Brand name.
Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
