How customers update their email, phone number, address, password, and communication preferences in the Street Consumer App.

Account Settings (Consumer App)

Clients can manage their account account directly from the Street Consumer App. by updating their personal details, managing their communication preferences and deleting their account.

How to access account settings

From the app, clients can go to the Menu tab and select Account Settings.

From here, Clients will see two tabs: Profile and Communications.

Profile

The Profile tab allows clients to view and update:

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Address

  • Password

Any changes made here will update in your Street account and will leave a log in the activity stream on the person page.

Delete account

At the bottom of the Profile tab, clients will also see a 'Delete Account' option. Tapping this takes them to the web version of Street, where they can confirm they want to delete their account and remove their data from your agency.

Communications

The Communications tab allows clients to manage:

  • Messaging preference - Choose whether to receive text messages from your agency via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Marketing consent - Opt in or out of receiving marketing messages from your agency

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
