How a consumer can edit and control their personal details

Consumer Changing Personal Details

This article explains how consumers can edit their personal details from within their consumer app.

When logged into the Street.co.uk Consumer App, your client can click the profile icon at the top left and then select 'Your Details':

From the Profile tab, your client can change their email, telephone number, address and password.

From the Communications tab, your client can choose whether to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from your Street account as well as control their email preferences for each agency they have signed up to that uses Street.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
