Objective
Ensure that your items are showing up when searching for them in your item’s database and when creating a material order.
Background
If items that you know are in your database are not coming up when you search for them it is likely because too much data has been cached to your browser. Cached data is information stored on your computer or device after you visit a website. The goal of cached data is to speed up site loading. Though this is helpful in many cases, it also impedes your device from successfully loading new data. Clearing your cached items will clear up space so that your browser can successfully load new information.
