Objective
To connect your Procore account with your StructShare instance.
Background
The integration with Procore provides an accurate breakdown of all the costs from StructShare into Procore. Syncing your projects, users, cost codes and vendors directly into StructShare. Sync Purchase orders and invoice data from StructShare into your Procore account.
Things to Consider
Required Permissions:
Note that only ‘System Admins’ can start the integration with Procore. This is a permissional setting that can be found in the Users and Permissions settings.
Steps:
From the ‘Home’ screen in StructShare, click on the ‘Company Account Settings’ gear icon in the top right corner.
Click on ‘Procore Settings’.
Click on the Login button to being the integration with Procore.
Click on ‘Start Import’ button to start the sync process.
Select your company name in the in ‘Companies’ popup field.
Select your cost codes, projects, users, and vendors to import.
Click on ‘Import’.
