Objective
Depending on what you’re trying to see when viewing your Open Activities you have the option to switch the view between Cards, Calendar, and Table. This article will show you where you can make that switch depending on your needs!
Background
By default, you will see the Cards view when you arrive on the Open Activities page which is color coded to quickly show you where you’re at within the workflow of your most recent orders/requests. Calendar view will show when certain orders/requests are due, and the table view shows the most information at once along with the ability to filter specific columns of interest as needed.
Things to Consider
These Views are available within the Home (Open Activities) page
Cards & Table View are also available within Order History page
Only available on Desktop (not Mobile)

From the Open Activities page at the top of the page you will default to the Cards view, but see the options to select either the Calendar or Table view as well.
You can then drill further into any specific feature (Unread, Drafts, Field Requests, Open Orders, etc) and keep the view that you selected . You can also toggle to another view at any time.
How to Filter within the Calendar View
After selecting the Calendar view, you can choose between the following options on the right-hand side of the screen:

Today
Back (previous day, week, or month)
Next (next day, week, or month)
How to Filter within Table View
After selecting the Table view you can choose which Columns to display by either checking the box to include them, or unchecking the box to remove.
