Objective
This article will show you how to restore a deleted order from your Order History and reopen it.
Background
You may occasionally delete orders (Material Orders, Return Orders, Rental Orders, etc) in StructShare and then decide you want to reopen them after all. If you find yourself needing to retrieve a deleted order you can always choose to reopen it and bring it back into your open items at anytime.
Things to Consider
Can Approve Orders permission level is needed in order to restore deleted orders
Only available on the website (not in mobile app)
Steps:
Navigate to the Order History
Select Deleted tab
Choose an Order and then select ‘Restore’
Navigate to Order History:
Select ‘Deleted’ tab on top of the page.
Choose an Order.
Click ‘Restore’ icon to reopen the order.
