Setup a custom view of the enquiry page

Enquiry forms are very useful, especially when you have this on your company website.  All future leads or prospective student details can be entered automatically without spending time and resources of manually capturing this information.

Before you can use your Enquiry page, there are a few things that needs to be setup first.

*Tip!  Use your custom URL and type in /enquiry at the end to view your enquiry page and give this URL to your website administrator to embed into your company website.
(Example:  https://highschool.studentmanager.co.za/enquiry)

Lets setup your Enquiry page:

Click on More > Settings and navigate to the bottom left pane to find Enquiry Forms
Click on Add and enter the required information:

(If this is your first template, it will be the default one used.  More templates can be created and a default one chosen) 

  • Template name:  Give your template a name

  • Select the three boxes of what you would like a user to capture:  Residential Area, Parent/Guardian details and/or Comments or Questions

  • What would you like displayed after a user has submitted the enquiry form:  Enter a message to display and/or enter a url to be redirected to.  (A good url would be your website) 

  • Would you like an email to be sent to the user after the Enquiry form is submitted?  Enter the email details, Subject and Body or leave this black if you dont want any email to be sent to the user

  • There are 5 choices you can choose from that will be displayed:  (Select the box to display all or un-select each box and choose from a drop down list)

All Courses you offer, All Campuses, All Study modules you offer, All Educational types and Sources.  You may choose all or none.
