What is Campaigns?
This of it as a marketing campaign where you promote products through different kinds of media, such as television, radio, print, and online platforms. Campaigns are not solely reliant on advertising and can include demonstrations, video conferencing, and other interactive techniques to a bunch of people.
Who uses them?
Mostly the marketing department or people responsible for capturing prospective students or leads.
How do I use them?
First, we need to set them up before you can use them in your Leads. To do this, follow the below step by step instructions:
From the main menu, click on More > Settings
Navigate down the left menu and click on Leads Management
(If you have not already done so, set up your Workflow, Channels and Sources) Click on Campaigns and Add
Fill in the fields for your campaign. For example, Name; this can be the School visits or the marketing campaign you attended.
Now that we have the basic settings in place, you can start using the Campaigns!
For every new lead you enter, you can set the campaign where the lead was first captured. For example, Sue Samuals are interested in our Certificate course and she showed interest at the Annual Expo we held in Sandton.
