Before continuing, ensure that you have access rights to the communications section of the system
Select Communications>Templates
On the Email tab select Add to create a new email template
When the modal screen for creating the templates, i.e. Edit Template loads, you can
Create a Subject for your email
Add email content
for custom or automated content use the templates provided, so see whats possible scroll down further to see what can be changed
you can also add email attachments to the email which will allow the template to be sent with email attachments
Once you have setup your email template as required, select save
