Step 1 - For a given assessment, select the Options drop down on the top right corner of the "assessment card", then select Put Online

Step 2 - You will then be presented with a confirmation window for setting this assessment to online, this window would also let you know if it had found any errors and for some reason, would not allow you to set the assessment to online

Step 3 - After confirming that you would like this to be set to an online assessment, you should now see a blue pill on the top left of the assessment with the text Online. This lets you know that the test is now set to online and that a student would be able to access it as described in the in Setting an Online Paper chapter, Learner View Of Paper page.
