How to load a previous version of your project

Learn how to roll back your project to a previous version

Version history lets you revert to a previous version of your project. You can revert changes made to your project after syncing an updated script to restore your breakdowns, shot lists, storyboards or any edits made in a previous draft of your script.

Note: It's best practice to finish your script before syncing it to avoid disrupting your breakdowns, shot lists & storyboards.

Step 1 — Open the version manager

Select the current version number in the top left corner of your screen.

Step 2 — Choose a version

Hover over the revision you'd like to select to reveal & click the more icon (⋮).

Step 3 — Make it current

From the drop-down menu, select Make Current.

Step 4 — Review & confirm

Now, the version number and color will match that of the version you chose to make current; this will restore any edits unique to that version.
