The AI-Assisted Design Tool Flow Settings allow you to control which AI-Assisted design options - Design Request (handled by a designer) or Self-Design (done by the sales rep) - are visible to your team when creating a proposal.
You can set one as the default flow or enable selection between both options using the “Show All AI Assisted Design Flows” toggle. These settings help tailor the proposal process based on how your team works. To adjust these settings, follow the steps below or reach out to your account manager.
Step 1: From the main menu, click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”.
Step 2: Locate the “Design Tool Settings” section and click the edit icon in the right-hand corner.
Step 3: Choose whether you would like to set design requests or self-design as the default flow for the AI-Assisted tool. The flow you select will show as an option when creating a new proposal.
Step 4: If you prefer to have both design request and self-design flows available, turn on the “Show All AI Assisted Design Flows” toggle. Click “Update” to save your changes.
