Follow these simple steps to add HVACs to your database and request new items if needed. This process ensures your organization has access to the right HVACs during proposal creation and project management.
Step 1: Log in to your organization. From the main menu, click “Manage Database” and navigate to “Database”.
Step 2: Choose “HVAC” and select “HVACS” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click “Add”.
Step 4: Select your HVAC from the drop-down list and click “Add”.
Step 5: Click “Yes.”
Step 6: If you want to add new materials to your dropdown list, click “Request HVAC”.
Step 7: Add the name and manufacturer of your material. Select “Type”, “Capacity” and click “Create Request”.
