This guide walks you through the process of adding HVACs to your organization's SubcontractorHub database. You’ll learn how to select existing HVACs, request new ones for approval, and manage your database efficiently to ensure all relevant systems are available for use in your proposals.
Step 1: Log in to your organization. From the main menu, click “Manage Database” and navigate to “Database”.
Step 2: Choose “HVAC” and select “HVACS” from the drop down menu.
Step 3: Click “Add”.
Step 4: Select your “HVACS” from the drop down list and click “Add”.
Step 5: Click “Yes”.
Step 6: You can also request a new HVAC to list by clicking “Request HVAC” at top of your screen.
Step 7: Add the details of your new HVAC and click “Create Request”.
Note: Your HVAC request will be approved by the Account Manager.
