By default, the "Additional Inverter" option is turned off. This setting is typically used for proposals where you need to include multiple inverters in a single quote. To make this option available during proposal creation, you will first need to enable it from your system settings. Here's how:
Step 1: Click on the “Hi, Username” menu in the top right corner of your screen and select “Settings” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Scroll down in your settings to find “Public Proposal Settings”
Step 3: Click on the “Edit” button on the right.
Step 4: Scroll down to find the “Show Additional Inverter” toggle and turn it on.
Step 5: Scroll back to the top and click “Update” to save your changes.
Once enabled, you will see the "Additional Inverter" field directly within your proposal workflow, allowing you to list more than one inverter where needed.
Note: The “Additional Inverter name” field will appear in proposals regardless of whether or not the setting is enabled in 2 cases:
If the organization has integrated only SOLRITE financing. If no other finance partners are enabled, proposals will show the additional inverter field.
If the proposal is a change order, the additional inverter field will show up automatically.
