Integrate with SOLRITE

Updated over 4 months ago

Integrating SOLRITE into SubcontractorHub enables users to unlock direct access to financing options within their proposals. This article outlines the simple connection process that helps sales reps to manage proposals, finalize deals, and offer SOLRITE-backed financing with confidence.

Listed below are the steps to integrate with SOLRITE:

In order to integrate with SOLRITE in Subcontractor Hub, please make sure you have connected with them and have your authorization token for your organization handy.

Step 1: From the main menu, open the “Manage Integrations” dropdown and click “Integrations”.

Step 2: Select “Financing Partners”, locate the SOLRITE integration card and click “Connect”.

Step 3: Enter your Authorization Token ( The Authorization Token will be provided to you by SOLRITE or your SubcontractorHub CSM). Click "Connect".

Step 4: Once connected, users can finance proposals with SOLRITE. The financing card will look like the example below. Click “Disconnect” to disconnect SOLRITE financing. Click “Reconnect” to reconnect SOLRITE financing.

As a reminder, SOLRITE has a specific AVL, so if you try to finalize a deal without the specific equipment, you may be asked to redesign to finalize and sign the contract.

Note: When setting up or editing a finance integration for SOLRITE, you’ll now see an “Available for New Proposals” checkbox. This controls whether the finance partner is accessible in new proposals:

  • If checked, the finance partner will appear in both new proposals and change orders.

  • If left unchecked, the partner will only be available for change order proposals and will not appear in new proposals.

This gives you more control over how and where financing options are presented — helping streamline your workflow and prevent confusion during proposal setup.
