How to Change Order

You can now create change orders at the project level, with or without financing, depending on project requirements.

  • Without financing: The project will need to be re-qualified.

  • With financing: Follow the below mentioned financing flow.

This guide shows you how to replace an old change order with just a few clicks. It ensures your project records are refreshed while keeping the process smooth and intuitive.

Listed below are the steps to show you how to replace old change order:


Step 1: From the main menu, go to the “Customers” tab and select the customer for whom you want to create a new change order.

Step 2: Click on the “View Detail” button of the original project.

Step 3: Click on the “Change Order” button in the top right corner.

Step 4: A message will appear indicating that a change order was created previously, asking if you would like to create a new change order. Click "Yes."

Step 5: A new change order will appear on the proposal page with a new ID.
