How to process a change order with Enfin Lease Financing?

If a system design or pricing update is needed after a proposal has been finalized, you’ll need to submit a change order through the SubcontractorHub platform. This guide outlines how to unfinalize your proposal, update your design or pricing, generate a new quote, and submit the change order to Enfin Lease for approval.

Note: You can now create change orders at the project level, with or without financing, depending on project requirements.

  • Without financing: The project will need to be re-qualified.

  • With financing: Follow the below mentioned financing flow.

Listed below are the steps to process a change order with Enfin Lease Financing:

Step 1: Scroll down in your proposal to find your finance card.


Step 2: Click “Unfinalize”.


Step 3: The button changes back to white, indicating the proposal has been unfinalized and is ready for a system design change order.


Step 4: Scroll back up to make your design updates. You can also change the pricing by adjusting other proposal elements such as adders and battery storage.


Step 6: Add a new quote by selecting your pricing.

Step 7: Click “Create Quote”

Step 8: Your new finance card will be generated with the updated financing details

Step 9: Click “Finalize” on your new finance card

Step 10: A pop up window will appear to Submit your change order. Open the URL to complete the change order process.

Step 11: Scroll to the bottom while checking your change order form details


Step 12: Click “Submit”


Step 13: Return to SubcontractorHub. The button on your new finance card will turn back to yellow indicating the change order has been accepted.
