Once a lead is qualified, you can convert it into a customer in SubcontractorHub. This allows your sales team to move forward with creating proposals, sending documents, and closing the deal, all within the platform.
Follow these steps to convert a lead to a customer for proposals and signing.
Step 1: Click on the “Leads” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Locate your lead, go to the “Actions” section and click “Convert”.
Step 3: Click on “Yes” to convert the lead to a customer.
OR
You can also convert immediately after creating and saving a lead by clicking on “Convert” from the Lead Detail page.
Note: After a lead converts to a customer, their lead source information can no longer be edited within the “Customer Information” section of their page. The lead sub-source, however, can be changed.
