Follow the steps below to add discounts or cashback to your proposals. Discounts can be set up by your organization’s admin from the database.
Adding a Discount
Step 1: Scroll down to the “Discount Details” section of your proposal. Click “Add Discounts”.
Step 2: Select the discount you would like to apply.
Step 3: Once applied, the unit price can be edited by clicking the “Edit” icon. You can also remove discounts by clicking the “Delete” icon.
After applying a discount, it will appear within the pricing summary as shown in the example below.
Adding Cashback
Step 1: Scroll down to the “Discount Details” section of your proposal and select the “Cashback” option.
Step 2: Enter the cashback amount and add a description if necessary. Click “Update”.
The cashback amount can be viewed on the “Proposal Details” slide of the public proposal.
