How to Add Discounts and Cashback

Follow the steps below to add discounts or cashback to your proposals. Discounts can be set up by your organization’s admin from the database.

Adding a Discount

Step 1: Scroll down to the “Discount Details” section of your proposal. Click “Add Discounts”.


Step 2: Select the discount you would like to apply.


Step 3: Once applied, the unit price can be edited by clicking the “Edit” icon. You can also remove discounts by clicking the “Delete” icon.


​After applying a discount, it will appear within the pricing summary as shown in the example below.

Adding Cashback

Step 1: Scroll down to the “Discount Details” section of your proposal and select the “Cashback” option.


Step 2: Enter the cashback amount and add a description if necessary. Click “Update”.


​The cashback amount can be viewed on the “Proposal Details” slide of the public proposal.
