Sales Engine Users are third-party operators in SubcontractorHub who step in when Closed Won proposals haven’t been assigned to an installer, whether due to limited resources or unavailability. These users can edit proposals, communicate with installers, and help move projects toward fulfillment. Assigning Sales Engine Users allows sales managers to quickly delegate one or multiple customers and their proposals to a designated operator, streamlining handoff and ensuring no project is left behind. Follow the steps below to assign Sales Engine Users to selected customers.
Step 1: Click the “Customers” tab from the main menu.
Step 2: Select the customers to be assigned to the sales engine users by clicking on the checkbox.
Step 3: Select your "Sales Engine User" from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Click “Assign”.
Step 5: Click “Yes”.
