Updated over a week ago

This month, SubcontractorHub introduces several new features and improvements designed to enhance workflow efficiency, improve financial integrations, and streamline proposal management.

Here’s a look at the latest updates:

You can now preview the mapped fields in contracts before sending them for e-signature on SubHub Sign Docs. This helps catch and resolve issues early, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You can now select a preferred language for customers and leads. If the language matches a translated contract template, the appropriate version is auto-selected during signature.

When the roofing design is skipped, you can now manually enter gutter length details directly in the roofing section.

Battery margins can now be configured as either flat amounts or percentages. This can be controlled by toggling the “Percentage” option in your pricing settings.

You can now delete facet points while editing roof designs in the AI-Assisted design tool. Facet points are also color-coded to improve visibility and control. Green points represent shared intersections between multiple facets, yellow marks edges that are not connected to any other facet, and blue highlights any facet that has been edited.

The Solar Details section in proposals has received a UI upgrade. While there are no changes to the data fields, the updated layout makes navigation and data entry more intuitive.

You can now connect Enphase monitoring to projects directly from the project details page. Once connected, reports are accessible from the “Monitoring” tab and downloadable as needed. A new “Enphase Monitoring” page is also available in the main menu for quick access.

You can now assign specific panels, batteries, and inverters to one or more finance partners. If select equipment doesn't have any assigned finance partners, they will be enabled for all finance partners.

New site survey labels can now be added to the database with visibility filters for different finance partners.

Sales reps can now edit customer information even after finance documents have been generated in Concert if the information does not match on Concert and SubHub. You can also edit Proposal Owner info through the Update Owner Info button on the finance card.

The new automation UI simplifies setup with a guided flow for triggers and actions. Configure emails, messages, tasks, and field updates quickly. Edit, clone, or disable automations without losing data. Use multiple triggers with AND/OR logic or add if/else branches for greater control and flexibility.

Enfin & Concert Finance User Mapping via Seamless Energy

If your organization is connected to Enfin or Concert Finance through Seamless Energy, you must reach out to Seamless Energy to map users.

Organizations can now add a Job Engine Admin to manage proposals and projects. The admin can also assign a Job Engine Manager and Job Engine Operations role for streamlined support.

You can now manage access to the IGS Domestic Content toggle through user-level permissions. To enable this feature for a specific role, make sure the "IGS Domestic Content Toggle" permission is activated in the user profile section.

SubcontractorHub now includes an AI-powered assistant to help you access proposal and project data instantly. Inside any proposal or project, just click the “Ask AI” icon and type your question, like system size, financing details, project stage, or more. The assistant reads directly from your records and responds in seconds. No setup needed, just open, ask, and get answers fast.
