SubcontractorHub allows sales reps to configure the FAQs page of the public proposal to reflect either Net Metering or Net Billing. Depending on which option is selected, the FAQs will automatically update to show the correct utility program details, helping homeowners understand how their energy credits and savings will work. Follow the steps below to adjust the setting in your proposal.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Customers” section in the main menu.
Step 2: Select the desired proposal.
Step 3: Click “View Detail”.
Step 4: Scroll down to the finance summary.
Step 5: If the “Net Metering” is turned on, the public proposal will look as below.
Step 6: If the “Net Billing” toggle is turned on, the public proposal will look as below.
