How to Enable and Use the Plug Product?

Step 1: Navigate and click on the “Hi, username” in the top right corner of your home page.

Step 2: Click on “Settings”

Step 3: Scroll down your settings list to find “Plug Settings”

Step 4: Click on the “Edit” button next to Plug Settings


Step 5: Turn on the toggle to enable the plug and click “Update”

How to use the Plug Settings?

Step 1: Click on the "Customer" tab from the main menu and select your customer.

Step 2: Click on the “View Details” button on the proposal card

Step 3: After completing your proposal, click on the “Sign Now” button.

Step 4: Check your perfect packet list and find “Capture Homeowner Actual Consumption Data”.

Note: You will need to finalize your proposal before you can use the Plug settings

Step 5: Click on “Create Connection”


Step 6: Select your “Provider”

Step 7: Enter your username and password. Click “Save”

Note: The data being pulled for your proposals can usually take 5-10 mins

Step 8: Click the checkbox next to “Capture Homeowner Consumption Data”

Note: After capturing the homeowner's actual consumption data, a copy of the utility bill will automatically be added to the attachment section, and the consumption profile will be updated with the new data.
