Integrated organizations onboarded through finance partners can utilize the credentials provided to them for logging in to the SCH Welcome portal. Third-Party organizations will be provided a unique code and link to log in and utilize the features of SCH Welcome Call.
How to view your profile in SCH Welcome Call?
Step 1: Login to your SubcontractorHub Welcome Call Portal
Step 2: Click the “Hi, Username” option in the top right corner and select “Settings”.
Step 3: Click “My Profile.” For integrated organizations, finance managers add user details, while the SubcontractorHub team handles details for third-party organizations.
Click “Edit”
Step 4: Edit your user details and click "Update.”.
Note: You can also update your password by scrolling down the page and creating a new password.
How to set up a webhook for SCH Welcome Call?
Step 1: Login to your SubcontractorHub Welcome Call Portal
Step 2: Click the “Hi, Username” option in the top right corner and select “Settings”
Step 3: Select “Webhook”.
Step 4: Add your webhook info.
Add your customer data API (The url that the webhook can use to get the data to match or verify the customer labels or tags). Then add the survey event API(The url that the webhook will use to send the data generated by the welcome call)
Step 5: Set your “Authentication Type." If API Key is selected, then add the key in the field adjacent to it.
Step 6: Add the “Value” and click “Save and Continue”
Step 7: Scroll to the top and select “Webhook Fields.”
Step 8: The label and keys let you define tags and map data from the webhook response.
Step 9: Scroll down and click “Add Field." Add your new label and key. Then click “Save and Continue.”
Note: These fields will appear in the tag dropdown in the survey builder.
Step 10: Enter your session ID and Token ID to send a webhook test to check the accuracy of the response.
Note: You can add advanced filters for integrated organization via Webhook Fields. Follow the steps below to add advanced filters.
Step 1: In the Webhook, go to “Webhook Fields”.
Step 2: Enter the “Label” and “Key”.
Step 3: From the dropdown, select the “Type” of the field.
Step 4: Click “Save and Continue”.
How to create a survey?
Step 1: Navigate to “Surveys” right at the top of your page.
Step 2: Click “Create Survey.”
Step 3: Enter the name of your “survey," “email subject," and “Language(English/Spanish)” and write your email message. This survey email will be sent to your customer for the welcome call.
Step 4: Select your “Presenter."
Note: A Presenter is an AI Avatar who will conduct the welcome call and ask survey questions.
Step 5: Click “Create Survey”
Step 6: You will then be directed to a page to add the questions for your survey
Step 7: Add your “Question”
Step 8: Select any relevant tags that correspond to your question.
Step 9: Select your “Dealer Type” from the drop-down menu
Step 10: Select the states for your survey
Step 11: In the “Option” section, you can provide buttons for your customers to select or confirm their answers. Enter the label of the button or answer choice under “Label.”
Step 12: You can select the icon and background color of the button from their individual drop-down menus.
Step 13: You can preview the button in real time as you finalize your choices for button customization.
Step 14: You can click on the “Add Option” icon to add additional options for your customers.
Step 15: Similarly, you can add more questions to your survey by clicking the “Add A Question” option.
Step 16: Scroll back up and click “Update”.
Step 17: Click on the “Logic” section, next to “Options”
Step 18: The “Logic” section allows you to frame responses and follow-up questions based on the customer's answer choices. This section has two parts:
1. Display Logic -If the respondent selects an option
2. Skip Logic-If the respondent skips a question
Step 19: Under “Display Logic,” the “Select Option” dropdown menu will show the buttons you’ve created for the question. You can then create a response template based on the customer's selected answer.
Step 20: Select “Add Option” under “Select Template”
Step 21: Add your “Template Title” and “Message." Click “Add Template."
Step 22: Under “Skip Logic,” the “Select Option” dropdown menu will display the buttons you’ve created for the question. You can then redirect to a different question if the customer skips the current one.
Step 23: Select the questions you want to jump to if a customer skips the question.
Step 24: Scroll back up and click on “Video”
Step 25: Click on the “Generate Video” button
Step 26: You can preview the presenter delivering the question in the video.
Note: You can now use a dynamic question detail editor in the survey welcome call. This allows you to enter question details with customizable fields instead of fixed tags. The feature is available for both integrated and SubcontractorHub organizations.

Step 1: Click “Select By Filter” from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select the “Operator” and enter the “Value”. Click “Apply”.
Step 3: You can also add multiple advanced filters and set the conditions between “And” and “Or”.
