A new POST API allows external partners to trigger a Standalone Welcome Call by sending customer information directly to the system. Earlier, partners had to manually build survey URLs with tokens, IDs, etc. Now, they can just send the customer data via POST, and get a survey URL in response. If email is included in the data, SubHub will automatically email the survey link to the customer. If not, the survey link is returned in the API response so the partner can share it themselves. Integrated partners can now view but not edit shared surveys from SubHub organizations.
Step 1: Click on the username and go to “Settings”.
Step 2: Navigate to “Webhooks”.
Step 3: Fill in the details. Click “Save and Continue”.
