By following these steps, your organization can easily identify projects that are falling out of SLA or at risk, using color-coded indicators in the Kanban view to efficiently monitor and manage project stages.
Step 1: Navigate to “Manage Projects” and select “Projects”
Step 2: Click on “Change Layout" in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Kanban View”.
Step 3: Once in Kanban View, you will see your projects organized in colored- columns based on stages.
Step 4: The name of the project under each stage is color-coded to identify overdue information, while the number of days the project has remained in that stage is highlighted at the top of the project name.
Note: The color coding, as configured in the Stage Overdue Information, will be visible to indicate overdue status.
Note: In Kanban view, overdue days are now calculated based only on working days. Weekends (Saturday–Sunday) and holidays are excluded.
Note: If a project is in multiple in-progress stages, it will appear under each stage in the Kanban view. Only the in-progress stages will be updated, the statuses of any stages in between will remain unchanged.
Note: The Kanban view for Projects now displays overdue duration in both days and hours, providing more precise visibility into delays.
How to change the project stage in Kanban View?
To change the stage of a project, drag it to a different column. After dragging the project, a confirmation popup will appear. Click “Yes” to accept the change in the stage.
