How to View Your Customers in Kanban View

Customer stages now appear in a drag-and-drop Kanban view, just like job stages. The feature includes color coding, overdue status, and admin settings. Currently, this feature is available for Ethical Energy only.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Customer" section from the main menu.

Step 2: Click on “Change Layout" in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Kanban View”.

Step 3: Once in Kanban View, you will see your customers organized in colored- columns based on stages.

Step 4: The name of the customer under each stage is color-coded to identify overdue information, while the number of days the customer has remained in that stage is highlighted at the top of the customer name.

The color-coding, as configured in the Stage Overdue Information, will be visible to indicate overdue status.

How to Change Customer Stage in Kanban View

To change the stage of a customer, drag it to a different column. After dragging the customer, a confirmation popup will appear. Click “Yes” to accept the change in the stage.

By following these steps, your organization can easily identify customers that are falling out of SLA or at risk, using color-coded indicators in the Kanban view to efficiently monitor and manage customer stages.
